It is a legal requirement for all children to be in either education or work with the opportunity of training until they are 18 and there are different routes available to students upon leaving secondary school to support them in this which are outlined below.

To guide pupils in making decisions about their post-16 options, all students in KS4 will have a careers meeting with either Miss Webber or Juliet Martin before submitting any applications to post-16 providers. These are 1 to 1 meetings where students have the opportunity to discuss their future plans and received impartial advice and guidance on how to achieve their goals.
